If you need to update your address you can login to the parent portal (linked at the top of our website) using the email address you registered with. Please note that it takes 6-8 weeks for a change of address to take effect so also suggest you contact Canada Post about mail forwarding so you don’t miss any books!

To log in to the Parent Portal you use the email address you signed up with as your Registration ID. A link to the Parent Portal can be found a the top our our website.

After registering it takes 6-8 weeks to start receiving books. The first you you’ll receive is The Little Engine that Could; Dolly’s favourite! Also know that if you have more than one child in th program, their books may not arrive on the same day.

If you have twins or triplets, please include all their names when you register (First Name: child A and child B) and we will include everyone on the book label. Unfortunately at this time we don’t have funding to mail separate books for twins.
